Kate Scamman is the 3rd generation of of a real estate family.
Her mother, Linda Valentino, has been a real estate broker over 40 years, getting her start working with her father doing new home construction and real estate sales. After serving 12 years in the Legislature, Linda jumped at the opportunity to work with her daughter.
They offer full-time real estate services for buyers and sellers. Kate also handles the sales for Valentino Development who builds new homes and renovates existing homes.
A strong work ethic and a dedication to serving people is why they go above and beyond in their service. With Kate’s innate ability to listen and decipher a client’s needs, plus her strong computer skills, she always seems to “pull a rabbit out of the hat” to find her client the perfect home.

Justin Chenette has joined our team as a licensed sales agent and REALTOR.
He brings with him a wealth of marketing and government experience, which is critical in today’s fast paced and ever-changing real estate market. Justin is in his fourth term in the Maine legislature; having served as both a State Senator and State Representative since age 21, representing Saco, Old Orchard Beach, Hollis, Limington, and Buxton. He currently runs a marketing firm after having been in the media industry working at various outlets including FOX 23 and the Journal Tribune. Justin is past president and the current vice president of Saco’s downtown revitalization organization, Saco Main Street, and is an avid community volunteer through Rotary. Each year, Justin helps students attend college through a nonprofit scholarship fund he founded. Justin grew up and graduated locally from Thornton Academy. He lives in Saco with his husband Eduard.
